1. Access to our website is only for those who are 18 years or older
2. All posts (pictures and text) must be about people above 18 years old, it is prohibited to post or talk about minors in any way!
3. English is spoken in all public rooms, no other languages allowed, this includes screenshots and text on pictures posted by users.
4. No flooding, spamming or copying and pasting the same (or similar) text and pictures more than once every ten minutes.
5. No cloning, hacking, trolling, spoofing, or exploiting of other members and their profiles.
6. No typing in all caps, it's considered rude like screaming in public. This includes nicknames that are in all capital letters.
7. No Racism, slurs etc
8. Talking directly or indirectly about incest, rape, forced sex, scat, violence, illegal drugs (or drugs that may be perceived as illegal in certain locations), and bestiality is not permitted.
9. Mentioning terms like pervert, taboo, no limit, extreme as well as young, teen, family, daughter, son (in law or step) attracts all kind of creepy people we want to avoid coming to CuckoldVille and will result in an immediate "One Time" WARNING and an INDEFINITE BAN if continued! This includes nicknames that contain or reference to any of these words!
10. No exposure of personal information other than first names and general locations are allowed
11. Respect the other users of the chat (no harassment), if someone is not replying in personal messages or they clearly state they are not interested, leave them alone
12. We DON'T allow financial talk on the chat
13. Please note that most rules apply for ALL rooms, but the individual rooms do have slightly different rules as well
14. If you see other users breaking any of these rules please report it so the Moderating team can take care of it, only TOGETHER we can create a safe community.
15. Web pictures (pictures you've found on the internet and are not yours to begin with) are prohibited outside the rooms that are dedicated to PORN.
16. In case pictures you post can be found on the internet, and you claim they are yours (and or of your partner) anyway, please be aware you will be required to prove these pictures are actually yours.
17. Reposting other users pictures is allowed if and only if you have permission from the original owner of the pictures up front and only while they are present at all times in the same chatroom while you are posting the pictures. The original owner should be tagged with each post as well, so there is no confusion as to who you are reposting.
18. No posting of photoshopped, faked, or altered pictures is allowed.
19. No posting of dick pics, solo male pics, and tributes are allowed except for the tributes, bi and gay rooms.
20. In some rooms, posting web pictures or porn is allowed, however, they still need to follow the other general rules. (no watermarks, links, etc.) (NOTE: The themed rooms are NOT for posting members pictures, this includes your own!) The images posted in these themed rooms dedicated to PORN need to suit the room's theme.
21. All posts shared in the wifeshare/cuckold rooms need to include either 3 people or be themed accordingly by a caption (either as a comment or embedded on the picture) bisexual posts are allowed if there is a woman in the image as well, male-only posts are NOT! We understand there can be crossovers between some rooms like the Interracial room for example, we do allow crossover posting but ask you to limit it as we did create different rooms for a good reason, and not everyone is a FAN of each fetish.
22. The interracial room is the only PORN room where we DO allow members pictures, but they need to suit the IR theme, an IR tattoo or a black dildo does not qualify.
23. No posting of links and mentioning external sites will be allowed in the public rooms. This includes external pictures (#PORN) with links, watermarks or names of other sites shown.
24. No posting of links and mentioning external APP's (Skype, Kik, Snapchat, etc.) will be allowed in the public rooms. This includes links that lead of site to other chat apps.
25. No posting or mentioning of PC control apps or links outside the dedicated room for PC Control (Warning, this room is less moderated and CuckoldVille DOES NOT take any responsibility for the consequences of volunteer giving up any credentials and access to your devices and the information / data they contain or the loss of this data caused by anyone you share access with.)
26. By posting content here, you are confirming that you have permission to upload said content. It is your responsibility to make sure that you do not violate the laws of your country of residence/citizenship. This site will cooperate with law enforcement and government agencies to pursue anyone who attempts to do anything illegal with the mal-intent of trying to harm or endanger another human being (including non-consensual "revenge porn").
27. Although some of the above rules might seem more important than others, breaking any of the above rules can result in a mute (time out), ban, permanent or otherwise. These decisions will be at the sole discretion of the moderators team.
28. The removal of a ban is at the sole discretion of the site owner.
